Memorizing times tables isn’t something that most kids enjoy, but it is necessary. You can make it fun with these fun multiplication cards!
Research Parent has put together an interactive set that can be used in a variety of ways.
Interactive Multiplication Cards
These cards are a great way to help your child memorize math facts.
Far from being “dry” flash cards, they can be used for group review, self-checking, games, and more!
They are also easy to make, which is a huge plus.
For kids who are just beginning to learn their multiplication facts, you can easily pull one or two fact families to work with at a time.
For kids who are approaching “pro” level, mix the cards up and give them a challenge!
The dot array grids on each card help with visual reminders and number sense. You can cover the answers with a small post it, which is fun to flip and check.
And if you laminate the cards, you can also color in the answer box with a dry erase marker. Your child gets to check their answer by wiping it off with a paper towel or tissue. It’s like getting to play with scratch-off cards for math!
